Time wasting
Maybe this app automatically driver and passenger.. so regularly driver didn't realize their match so I always sent message 'where are you' or cancel ,also, I can't understand that this service didn't be on time (arrive time, even though the 5 minutes gone, but the arrive time didn't change) but when I'm late 1 or 2 minute to driver, they cancel immediately and I should take the fee💁 and last, the gps is so terrable that I always call the driver and re-set destination (I'm writing this message while walking 200m after waiting 20 min for your wrong destination set)

Customer service so poor even poor than i expected
I think gojek must provide “the customer satisfaction” rather than the strict rule.. and I think they need to training the customer service so they can solve the problem “not just welcome doll” who can ONLY greetings customer NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Map belum reliable
Map kawasan Medan belum terlalu reliable, belum mencakup jalan kecil yang padat dilalui pengendara.
Alhamdulillah driver’s attitude bagus, jadi bersedia mutar arah walau jadi menyuta waktu lebih (rush hour)

Non reliable app. Be aware of your belongings!!!!!
My husband and I used this app during our trip. It was quite useful until
then. But he left his phone( which was used to order the car) on the car. So we tried to track down the driver. But his recourds were not saved. So we couldn’t find the driver. Even if we already had the car number thanks to out hotel. Go jek was not helping. Because they didn’t have the records of our travelings.
Also the drivers have always different car numbers!!!!!!! It is dangerous, and not reliable!

발리에서 여러번 시켜먹었는데
라이더가 오는게 눈으로 보이고 채팅도 가능하니
기다리는 조급함이 사라진다고 할까?

Sejak jadi versi 3.0 sering error
Jadi sejak ada major update 3.0 aplikasi gojek ini sering error, unable to load.

Unable to load
Since yesterday, I had been unable to use gojek. I don't know if it's AppStore issue or gojek itself, but it kept showing 'unable to load' then I tried re-installing the app, but never getting downloaded. The recent update version doesn't seem to be working!

This is the service we all need
I've been using gojek for almost 2 years now and they recently refined their services; i mean providing more ojek drivers with jacket uniform, helmet, masks, etc to get broader coverage area, and they now launch this awesome app! Wow.
I had no problem using their service using phone like i used to do, but after trying the app i think i will use the app more bcoz it has more features ^^
oh and we get free credits too by referring to others, great :D
